5 PERSON TEAM COMPETITION
Minimum of 5 runners, however a team may
include as many runners as it has available.
Teams may be all male - all female or mixed gender
Open (Ages 39 & Under) and Masters (40 & Over) Divisions
Each team must register for the race using the official application. Rregistration fee is
$15.00 per runner.
Each team member shall pay a $10.00 team registration fee.
Team registration will be available on race day.
Cross country scoring shall apply.
individual medals will be given to team scorers: Gold, Silver and Bronz

To ensure the safety of all our runners and walkers, note that MP3 players, bicycles,
inline skates, skateboards,
pets and unregistered persons are not allowed on the course.

DIRECTIONS
From New Haven (East): Take I-95 South to Exit 43 (First Avenue). Take left off exit onto First Avenue. Follow First Avenue to Captain Thomas Boulevard (just past sharp right). Take left onto Captain Thomas Boulevard. West Haven Conference Center is down .6 mile on the left.
From Bridgeport (West): Take I-95 North to Exit 43. Take Right at end of ramp (Campbell Ave). Proceed 1.5 Miles to Captain Thomas Boulevard. Turn right. West Haven Conference Center is on right.
