unregistered persons are not allowed on the course.

The Mission: "Love Matters" and you matter until the last moment of your
life.
Purpose: The Connecticut Hospice, birthplace of Hospice in America, through its clinical interdisciplinary team (IDT) directed by physician and coordinated by the nurse includes the physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual needs of the patient and family. Our patients expressed wishes are included in the plan of care and it is through listening that we are better able to know how to take care of their needs be they pediatric or adult, at home or in the specialty hospice. Volunteers are considered members of the IDT.
