DIRECTIONS

Trowbridge Environmental Center
Corner of Cold Spring & Orange St, New Haven, CT

To Wilbur Cross High School and the Trowbridge Environmental Center

I-91 (North or South) to Exit 6 (Willow Street). Take a right at the bottom of the ramp. At the second traffic light, go right onto Mitchell Drive. WCHS will be on your right. The Environmental Center is a short walk from the high school.

* 8:00am - 9:30am Packet Pick Up and Registration For All Events
* Ample Free parking at Wilbur Cross High School
* Walkers please start in back of the runners

Kids Fun Run (6 & Under): 9:30am
Kids Fun Run (7-11): 9:40am
2 Mile Fitness Walk 10:00 am
4.7 Mile Road Race 10:00am

DAY OF RACE REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE AT 9:30AM SHARP

RACE FEATURES

* Certified 4.7 mile course to the summit of East Rock and Back
* USATF sanctioned race
* Mile Splits at 1, 2, 3 and 4 Miles
* 2 Water stations (Farnum Drive, Summit Drive)
* Computerized Timing and results by HI-TEK Racing
* Race results will be posted on www.hitekracing.com.

EVENT HIGHLIGHTS

* Top quality short sleeve T-shirt by GRAPHIC FX for all pre-registered participants
all events and as available on race day.

* Post race refreshments will be a buffet of seasonal food and beverages

JUST FOR KIDS

* Two Fun Runs with Spiderman
* T Shirt (youth sizes, race number & Finisher ribbon
* Special medal awarded to runners who beat Spiderman

5 PERSON TEAM COMPETITION

Minimum of 5 Runners - teams may be all male, all female or mixed.

Age divisions: open 39 & under and Masters 40 & Over

Each team member must register using official race application - fee will be $15.00
Each team will pay a $10 registration fee. Team registration available on race day.

Cross Country scoring shall apply. First 5 runners will score.

AWARDS

Gift cards for overall winners and age category first place finishers courtesy of
ASO Athletic & Outdoors Sports fo Shelton,CT

Trophies by DOLLAR $IGN$ will be awarded to the first overall finishers (male and female)
and the top 3 finishers in each age category.

There will be no duplication of awards

12-15; 16-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-69; 70-79; 80+
Please check your placement in your age division. You never know, this could be your day.

RESTRICTIONS

To ensure the safety of all our runners and walkers,
note that MP3 players, bicycles, inline skates, skateboards, pets and
unregistered persons are not allowed on the course.
